Areas covered in this survey deal with the concept of a healthy community - A healthy community is determined by many factors. Factors that may vary between communities and individuals. As individuals within the community of the Cowichan region, your thoughts on what is important to you is relevant to the management of the social, economic and environmental dynamics of the Cowichan region.
Findings from the Visions 2020 process will be used by government, community groups and businesses for planning programs and services that will help us achieve the vision for quality of life in the year 2020.
